The seventh edition of the Theater and Film Festival ”GalActoria” in which graduate students from the Faculty of Theater and Television of the “Babeş-Bolyai” University take part begins today and will offer the public a wide range of plays and short movies throughout the week.
At the opening ceremony the professors congratulated the young actors and reminded the public that this festival is a chance for them to be noticed for their talent and it could be a great way for them to get a job after they finish University.
Special guests as Tudor Giurgiu, Radu Afrim or Ovidiu Lazăr as well as five directors from theaters from all over Romania will take part in the discussions that will summarize the outcome of the actors at the end of the day.
The plays and shorts will take place in different locations beginning with Victoria Cinema and “Puck” Puppet Theater to cafés as Insomnia or Zorky Photo Cafe.
